  • Spend is calculated on the value of each individual qualifying invoice. Spend from separate invoices cannot be combined to reach the $750 + GST threshold.
  • Freight charges do not count towards the qualifying spend.
  • Customers with overdue accounts are excluded from receiving Woolworths vouchers.
  • If qualifying items are credited or refunded, the corresponding Woolworths voucher(s) must also be returned/refunded.
  • If your organisation’s gift policy doesn’t allow you to accept vouchers, let us know and we’ll donate the value to charity instead.
