Whether you need a quick answer or want to discuss your fleet requirements, we're here to help.
TransQuip has New Zealand’s largest mudflap range, all designed and manufactured to suit local conditions.
Our industry expertise and learnings go into producing the best in standard, custom-sized, and custom-printed mudflaps for transport and freight fleets, and civil construction.
Using imported raw products, mudflaps are manufactured and printed right here, on site, at TransQuip – with several exceptions.

Choose from Extraflex (flexible plastic), Duraform PVC moulded, rubber grooved, or black rubber to match your requirements.
Talk to the TransQuip team if you’re not sure which is best for your fleet.

A special blend of tough co-polymer resins, these mudflaps are U.V. stabilised and durable. Manufactured to withstand the sub-zero winter conditions (Central Otago!) they do not curl and have excellent shatter resistance. Proven to outlast other types of spray mudflaps, they’re easy to clean and look great with a customised print.

And very similar to the plasflap mudflaps these are a special blend of tough co-polymer resins, these mudflaps are U.V. stabilised and durable. These flexible PVC moulded mudflaps are high quality, U.V. stabilised and have an attractive raised border effect. A superior substitute for rubber mudflaps they will not curl. Can be moulded to display your logo in raised lettering. Available in black & white with either flat on both sides or grooved on one side.

Made from unique co-extruded polyethylene and natural rubber, these printable mudflaps have anti-spray ribs to channel water to the road for extra safety.

In strong, virgin rubber (not recycled) these mudflaps are a cost-effective solution, particularly for tippers and asphalt trucks. Sorry – printing is not available for these.
The first point of contact for most mudflap customers is our experienced internal sales team – Angel and Minnie.
If extra help is required, Huntley is available to help you choose the mudflap that’s best for you and coordinate with our graphic designer if printing is required.

Once every detail is confirmed and signed off, the final stages of the manufacture and printing is overseen by TransQuip’s specialist Dens.
Our Permastamp print process uses a combination of 16 tonnes of pressure and up to 200%C of heat to emboss your brand or message into the plastic substrate of the mudflap. A long lasting combination that has been proven to outlast any other print process. The Permastamp process delivers a prompt turnaround.
Custom mudflaps are a great way for companies to complete the look of their fleet. And get their names out there.
Almost all mudflaps, of any material, can be printed on and most of them here at TransQuip. That means turnaround is pretty snappy.
The two most common printing methods are screen printing and foil printing.

While custom printing is an important service, TransQuip can also customise other mudflap elements to suit. These include custom sizing and design, rounded corners, non-standard mounting holes, and other options – just ask one of the helpful team about the possibilities.
And if you also want a mock-up of the mudflap, send through your logo (in a vector file ideally).
We aim to dispatch your mudflaps to you within 10 working days!
Occasionally, unexpected delays do happen. If so, we’ll contact you.

Ask us how we can stock your own printed mudflaps ready for dispatch as and when you need them.
