Existing customers with NO webstore login:

If you already have an account and would like to create a webstore account, send an email to sales@transquip.co.nz or give us a call at 0508 31 31 31 and we’ll get you set up. Don’t create a new webstore account first, as any special prices, previous purchase history, invoices etc won’t be linked to your new account.

Previously not a customer:

You can open a web store account, which will be cash only via the website portal HERE and follow the website prompts. Or if you want a credit account please fill out a credit application form as per below instructions.

Already a web store, cash account:

If you want to start a credit account, fill out the below credit application form and send it to admin@transquip.co.nz . Please tell us what your web store accounts email is then we can find the cash account and convert your account to a credit account (subject to you meeting our terms of trade).

Credit account:

What is a credit account?

A credit account is an account that allows you to make purchases on credit, with the obligation to repay later. Payment for your invoices is required on the twentieth of every month, or as agreed with TransQuip.

How do I create a credit account?

Start by filling in the following document HERE and emailing it back to us on admin@transquip.co.nz

Once the form is received, and if all preliminary checks are positive, we will enter you into our system as a credit account customer.

Then you will receive a confirmation email that your credit account has been opened.

If you disagree with any of our terms of trade found HERE, or do not meet any of our requirements, this may take a little longer, or you may not be approved for a credit account with TransQuip.

Once the account is approved and your credit limit is set, you are ready to start placing orders on your credit account up to the allowed credit limit.

Cash account:

What is a cash account?

A cash account is a type of account where you must pay the full amount for any transactions before you receive the goods for purchase or hire. Unlike a credit account, a cash account does not allow you to trade without paying first.

For example, if you want to buy or hire $1,000 worth of product, you must pay $1,000 upfront before taking the goods or hire equipment.

This type of account is commonly used on our website as 1^st time users can sign up themselves for a website login.

How do I create a cash account?

Go to this link on our website to set-up a cash account by following the prompts under ‘New customer register’: HERE

Note: For Hire you must also complete this form that includes credit card details

Once the form is complete, email it to us at admin@transquip.co.nz and we will enter you into our system.

Once you have been entered into our system and the cash account is set up, an email will be sent to you as confirmation.

Now, you can start ordering on your new cash sale account!
