Web Store Item Returns

Yes - you can return your items within 14 days. Please follow instructions as below:

Step 1:

Contact one of our friendly staff to obtain a RA number by email sales@transquip.co.nz or call on 0508 31 31 31.

The below information is required for a RA number to be created in our system.

• Customer Number
• Company Name
• Contact Name and Phone Number
• Related Invoice
• What Items and Quantity of Items to be Returned
• Reason for Return (if faulty, a description of fault needs to be given)

Any returns without a RA number will NOT be processed for a credit.

Step 2:

Once a RA number has been given, print off the concerned Invoice and write the RA number that you have been given onto the invoice as well as the staff member’s name you contacted.

Step 3:

Return item/s to TransQuip together with the paperwork from Step 2 to one of the branch addresses as below:

Goods will only be accepted for return when accompanied with a RA number.
Goods will be credited in full if returned within 14 days in its original condition and packaging and is not a custom made or special order item.
