TransQuip Freight:

We can freight your purchase anywhere within New Zealand, using our courier and truck transport network. We guarantee to dispatch all orders on overnight freight, that are in stock at either our Auckland or Christchurch branches, and that are small enough to be sent by courier, or your order will be delivered free. The order must be received before 3pm on a working day, excluding large items and mudflaps, and is subject to our terms and conditions.

Items which are dangerous goods, those delivered by truck, or those to rural addresses (including Stewart Island) can take 5-7 working days to arrive. We can ship internationally on request.

We guarantee that any foil printed mudflaps will be printed & dispatched within 10 working days of receiving the order (once artwork & die are complete) or you get freight free. This excludes the Duraform mudflap range and excludes the set-up time for new customers.

When ordering online, shipping for TransQuip is based on your order value, excluding GST.

• For each order under $150, it is $9.95 to ship anywhere in NZ.
• For each order between $150 and $500, it is $14.95 to ship anywhere in NZ.
• For each order between $500 and $1,000, it is $29.95 to ship anywhere in NZ.
• Free shipping for any orders over $1,000!

This calculation excludes any bulky or specially ordered items which will need to be priced for freight on a case-by-case basis.

Bulky items include items like diesel tanks, loading ramps, wheelbarrows, trench shields, toolboxes and anything else measuring larger than 0.1m3 cube.

Please note we don’t ship anything to PO Boxes.

For freight costs on orders that are received by phone, email, SMS or any other means other than the webstore, this is automatically calculated and added to the order at the time of shipment. If you would like to know the freight costs prior to shipment, please advise our sales team in your communications.

Hire freight:

The shipping of Guardian hire equipment is based on hours travelled to and from our hire yards in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. If the destination is outside of these cities, then it is based on the cubic size or weight rate, whatever is greater, on freight trucks.

We guarantee all common trench protection equipment will be dispatched in full the next working day, if in stock, from our Auckland or Christchurch hire yards or you get free delivery. We can also offer a “Premium Freight” for the Auckland and Christchurch areas. This means your delivery is prioritized and dispatched within 2 hours if in stock at the Auckland or Christchurch hire yards.

Additional freight clauses:

We don't ship on public holidays, or weekends.

Saturday deliveries are available on request at an additional cost to the standard courier.

Extra freight costs:

Dangerous goods items require special tickets and paperwork which adds cost to the standard courier. These also take longer to deliver due to the extra processing time within the freight depots, which is outside our control. For example, using NZ Courier’s overnight courier service, which is normally overnight to 2 days would take 3 to 5 days if it was a DG shipment.

Shipping costs are subject to change without notice due to the transient nature of the transport industry.

Hand unloading, delayed delivery due to the receiver’s situation, and using the incorrect equipment to unload can all also accrue extra freight costs. Please communicate with us prior to dispatch if any of these could be a factor and we will migrate any issues in advance. Additional costs will be passed on to the customer arbitrarily if any issues were not communicated in advance and could not be foreseen by us, like weather delays.
