How long have you worked at TransQuip?
23rd of January, 2012 – straight out of school, full of energy and absolutely no idea of what I was doing. Over 10 years later, I’m still learning every day!

What do you like about the culture and working at TransQuip?
How we’re all just a big family and support each other through the good and the bad times, the sense of humour amongst the team (hilarious at times!) and the level of personal engagement from each staff member, from the warehouse guys to the internal sales to the managers in the success of TransQuip as a whole and living the values we believe in.

What are your career aspirations and goals?
To get TransQuip to a sophisticated level of system and IT automation so that we can devote our time to providing creative and practical solutions for our customers, rather than be bogged down in mundane but necessary work. One aspect of improving automation is to improve the usability and performance of our webstore and offer an unbeatable web experience within our industry.

What do you enjoy outside of work?
Spending time with my extended family and community, helping others where I can, surfing, snorkelling, swimming, walking on the hills and in the bush and working on my home’s landscaping.

What for you was the best part of last year (2022) at TransQuip?
Getting our new hire software implemented so that we can offer a more consistent and better invoicing system for our hire customers while providing our hire team with real-time visibility of our hire equipment. Oh and I also got married to a lovely girl from the North!

What is your favourite quote?
What goes around comes around.
